Projects

As a collective, we have completed two projects.

1. Cartographies (2009) is a collection of mapping exercises as a methodology for exploring and revealing hidden structures within our urban, social, economic and political environment.

2. Market Tales (2009) is a publication of critical and creative texts, lexicons, and stories that were produced out of immanent ethnographic research of markets in London. The publication digs into the complex social/cultural spaces of informal markets from Deptford Market, carboot sales, Brick Lane, Ridley Road Market, China Town and beyond.

June 19th 2010: Free School organised by Five Years Gallery and Ladies of the Press as part of Lecture Hall. Presentation and discussion on our activities, process and research projects. 11am, Bethnal Green Library, Cambridge Heath Road, London E2 0HL.

July 9th 2010: Mulberry Tree Press at SE8 Gallery, Event #9, presentation w/ Antepress.

Oct 2010: Participation in This is Not a Gateway festival
